This integration article focuses on using Dell developed client systems management tools within the Symantec Client Management Suite to enable better management of Dell hardware in a Windows Operating System environment. Specifically, step-by-step instructions and sample materials are provided to integrate the following capabilities:

  • Gather inventory of Dell hardware and BIOS
  • Gather inventory of Dell warranty information
  • Create, deploy and modify Dell BIOS configurations
