Resolution

Customer would like to save report data beyond the recommended 30 days. They need an off-box storage solution.

In the Control Center, go to (Reports -> Favorite Reports)

Click Add.

Setup a report for the reporting information you would like to archive.

Enter a name for the report in Report Name:

Add recipient addresses in Recipient addresses:

Click Save to Favorites.

Click the blue link under Frequency to schedule the report.

Choose Daily, Weekly or Monthly for your reports, based on the length of time the report data includes.

Optionally configure the Export tab for the format the report will generate.

Click Save.
