Management Platform (Formerly known as Notification Server)

I am getting the Notification Policy e-mails, but when I click on the actual link, I get "Page cannot be displayed." Here is example of the e-mail that I receive:

Info  The information below details the source of this notification and contains a link to the full report.
Click to view the saved report
Policy:  Newly Discovered Applications
Report:  Count of Computers with Newly Discovered Applications

Notification Server 6.0.6074 SP3

The Full Qualified Domain Name used in the report link was not been resolved by DNS. As well, there are cases where the Notification Server was removed from the Domain without the Network Administrator approval.

Look at the link sent in the Notification Policy:

If it is using the Full Qualified Domain Name (which is fine), try only the server name in the report link and click on it

It should open the saved report just fine. You may need to talk with the Network personnel and check if DNS is able to resolve the Full Qualified Domain Name (FQDN).

Another workaround is to modify the Host file (under C:\WINDOWS\System32\Drivers\etc). Try to add the IP address for that Notification Server and then the FQDN. It should open the report without modifying the actual report link in the browser.

Note: Check as well that the Notification Server is still part of the Domain.
