ITMS 6.x, 7.x, 8.x

Cause

The AeX AC TCPIP was missing from the database. It is unknown how it got deleted or missing.

Resolution

1. Obtain a copy of the AeX AC TCPIP dataclass from one functioning SMP Server with the same version. You can find the dataclass under the SMP Console > Settings menu > All Settings > Notification Server > Resource and Data Class Settings > Data Classes > Inventory > Basic Inventory.
2. Export the dataclass import into the same location in the SMP Console.
3. Restart the Altiris Services.
