HR complaint form

An online HR complaint form creates a Help Desk ticket. The Create Notification Server Credentials component gives this form access to Notification Server.

The following screen shot shows the process:

Without the Create Notification Server Credentials component, the CreateTicket component could not communicate with Notification Server, and so could not create a ticket.
