How do I create a custom software delivery task that will uninstall the Patch Management software update agent?

Open Regedit (Registry Editor) on one of the clients you want the Patch Management software update agent uninstalled from, as displayed in the screenshot below. Copy the UninstallString data to be used as the command line in the custom software delivery task. Run the Software Delivery wizard, select the radio button Create and deliver a new package of software, and, in the Package source drop-down list, select the Package does not contain source files option. Copy the UninstallString command line into the Command line text box and click Next. On the next screen, modify the task to run with rights as the system account and whether or not a user is logged on.
