This article documents the Hotkeys available in Symantec Installation Manager (SIM)

Resolution

Symantec Installation Manager (SIM) provides the following hotkeys or key combinations that can assist in troubleshooting installation problems:

Description	Key Combination	SIM Interface Location
Show all installed components, including partial solution installations	Ctrl + Shift + P	Installed Products view
Show Product Listing as interpreted by SIM	Ctrl + Shift + X	Install New Products view
Show packages and hidden products that will also be installed	Ctrl + Shift + H	Selected Products and Features view
Show verbose reason as to why a greyed out item is unavailable	Ctrl + Shift + V	Install New Products, Update Products, Create Install Package views
Show MSIs to be installed: switching between the product and the package view	Ctrl + Shift + P	Installation Summary view
Switches between the installation order and the alphabetical order view	Ctrl + Shift + S	Installation Summary view
Show optional installed components (documentation, language packs, and migration) and allow you to repair or uninstall them	Ctrl + Shift + O	Installed Products view
