Symantec Technical Support does not support the creation of custom content filter rules or customized Directory/LDAP queries on behalf of customers.

Support may be provided on a best effort basis when a custom rule or query is not working as designed by a customer.

Should it be needed it is possible to purchase the services through the customers Symantec representative who will refer the customer to their local consultancy services.
