Question
The product just purchased does not show up in the Wise Portal.

Answer
After obtaining the serial number, it needs to be registered in the Wise site in order to be able to view the product*.

1.  Go to www.wise.com and select Support > Technical Support Center.
2.  Log in using your e-mail address and password.
3.  After selecting Enter Support Center, locate and select the Registration button at the top of the page.
4.  Enter the serial number for the newly purchased product.

The product will appear in the Click here for available downloads link once the steps above have been completed.

* Please note Wise Installation Express/Studio 7 and Wise Package Studio 7.x. and all future products can not be registered on the Wise Support Center.  We are in the process of converting over to the Altiris License Management Portal site located at http://www.altiris.com/lmp
