Licensing is tracked in Servicedesk based on the combination of USERID/IP Address. Once a given combination of USERID/IP Address opens a process view page (any Incident, Change, or Problem Management page – not reports), that user can open, on that machine, as many process view pages as he/she wants. The moment he/she logs into a second machine and opens and process view pages, a second Servicedesk license is consumed.
