Issue/Introduction

Descriprtion:

Cannot XOG Project Allocation for a particular Resource.

Output file shows:

<Severity>FATAL</Severity>
<Description>Project Object read failed</Description>

Steps to Recreate:

1. Use provided file 'prj_projects_alloc_act_etc_read.xml" with the filters projectID and resourceID. ie:
   
   <Filter name="projectID" criteria="EQUALS">myproject</Filter>
   <Filter name="resourceID" criteria="EQUALS">admin</Filter>
    
2. Execute the XOG to extract allocation data of a specific resource against a specific project. Check output file.
   
   Expected Results:
   Should provide the allocation information of that resource against the particular project
   
   Results Observed:
   XOG operation provides a FATAL error

This has been documented as CLRT-75364 and it is targeted for resolution in future release
