  2. Copy the SD.Licensing.dll file from the ServiceDesk server, located in the <ServiceDesk_installation_drive>:\Program Files (x86)\Altiris\Workflow Designer\Server Extensions\Plugins folder, to the Workflow Designer client's folder of <Workflow_installation_drive>:\Program Files\Altiris\Workflow Designer\Server Extensions\Plugins.
  3. If the Task Tray Application is running, right click on it and select Settings. If not, run this by going to Start > All Programs > Altiris > Workflow Designer > Tools > Task Tray Tool.
  4. In the Server section, click on the Edit button.
  5. In the Server Extensions area, click to enable LogicBase_ProcessManager.
  6. Click on the OK button.
  7. Click on the OK button.
  8. In Windows, click on Start > Run.
  9. Type iisreset and click on the OK button.

Troubleshooting

If after completing the above instructions you receive license errors after opening a ServiceDesk Workflow project, ensure that when opening projects a new service ID is not specified. If one has been, change the service ID to the correct ServiceDesk service ID by doing the following:
  1. In a ServiceDesk Workflow project that is open in Workflow Designer, go to the project's Resources tab by clicking on the project name in the Project window.
  2. Go to the Resources tab if it is not already open.
  3. Click on the Service ID's Edit button.
  4. Change the service ID to INCIDENT.
  5. Click on the OK button.
  6. If the Task Tray Application is running, right click on it and select Restart Server Extensions. If not, run this by going to Start > All Programs > Altiris > Workflow Designer > Tools > Task Tray Tool.
  7. In Windows, click on Start > Run.
  8. Type iisreset and click on the OK button.
