Problem:
Configuration jobs must be delivered after the Install job but they are not included in the container.

Cause:
When adding 'Configuration' or 'Uninstall' procedures to a job container, they are evaluated to check if the package is already installed on the target computer. If the package is not installed, the procedure is not added to the Container even if the Install procedure is also included in the same job container.
While viewing the jobs in the container, the procedures may not be displayed depending on the view mode.
In Target-oriented mode, we can select a target computer to see the jobs assigned to it and only the Install procedure will be shown:

In this example, a 'configuration' and 'uninstall' procedures have been included but as the package is not installed on the target Computer, the non-install procedures have not been added.
When the Container finishes its execution, the warning sign is also shown in the Container's icon when showing all jobs:

Resolution:
A new test fix T5J1314 (problem DTSVMG.3279) has been created for ITCM 12.5 SP1 in order to generate an event and send the following Warning message to the CCS Console or system's Application log:
%CASWD_W_224030, No target computers were found for
Job <hello-inst-config-uninst 1.0:hello10-config> under
Job Container <Test install-config-uninstall procedures>.
