Descriprtion:
The following is the procedure to manually uninstall CABI (CA Business Intelligence) after it has been installed with CA Service Catalog.
Solution:
IMPORTANT: This article contains information about modifying the registry.
Before you modify the registry, make sure to create back up of the registry and ensure that you understand how to restore the registry if a problem may occur.

CABI r3.x can be uninstalled manually using the following procedure:
- From ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS, uninstall CA Business Intelligence
- Locate and delete the \CommonReporting3 folder
- Open a command prompt and run the following command:
msiexec /x {5418F914-1D31-4849-822C-314AC28B06BF}
- Delete the following registry entries (note that all may not be present)
HKLM\SOFTWARE\ Wow6432Node \ComputerAssociates\Shared\CommonReporting3
HKCU\Software\Business Objects
HKU\.DEFAULT\Software\Business Objects
