Issue/Introduction

Description:

Using the Knowledge Tools Document Export Tool, how can just the Published Documents be exported?

Solution:

Set the value of the "Additional Filter" field on the Document Export template to STATUS_ID = 70, (case is required).
To open the Document Export template please go to; Administration/Knowledge/Documents/Export/Import Templates, edit the existing template or create a new one.
