What are the steps to manually uninstall the Recovery Solution Agent?

Answer
 

Follow the steps to manually un-install the Recovery Solution Agent:

1. Stop the Recovery Solution Service i.e. Start > Run and type services.msc.
   Then stop/disable the RS Solution Agent and RS FAL Stopper services). 
2. Then delete the C:\Program Files\Altiris\Recovery Solution Agent or if running an older version check C:\Program Files\Altiris\eXpress\Recovery Solutin and C:\Program Files\Altiris\eXpress\Client Recovery Agent
3. Then delete registry, HKLM\SOFTWARE\Altiris\eXpress\Recovery Solution Agent and HKCU\Software\Altiris\eXpress\NS Console\Client Recovery. 
4. Reboot before removing the directory under program files (with the service stopped).
