Resolution

Symantec can activate any domains that your company owns on your Phishing Readiness Platform. Please fill out the attached Domain Activation form, and submit it to Order Services via the following address:

For liability reasons, we will verify ownership of domains through public WHOIS domain registration information. If this information is not public facing, Symantec will ask for another form of validation, such as ownership documents, or through one of the following methods:

Option 1:
Add a DNS TXT record for each domain with the following value:
218c5173-5d5f-4ff9-9e7c-6ee4ef3288a2
 
Option 2:
Add a static text file called ‘symantec.txt’ on the websites of each domain, with the following value contained within:
