Issue/Introduction
Symantec Phishing Readiness gives organizations the ability to carry out simulated phishing attacks from a simple, centralized platform.
Resolution
To activate the Phishing Readiness service on your account:
Open a customer care case and send all the necessary information asked to facilitate the provisioning.
Once enabled on your account, the provisioning team will send you a welcome email with all follow up access and login instructions, as well as product resources.
Note: This process applies to existing Symantec Email Threat Detection and Response.
