Email Security.cloud Phishing Readiness Email Threat Detection and Response

Issue/Introduction

Symantec Phishing Readiness gives organizations the ability to carry out simulated phishing attacks from a simple, centralized platform.

Resolution

To activate the Phishing Readiness service on your account:

  1. Fill out the attached Provisioning Form.
  2. Once completed, open a customer case through Case Management system via the Support Portal and attach the form.
  3. Once enabled on your account, Order Services will send you a welcome email with all follow up access and login instructions, as well as product resources.

Note: This process applies to existing Symantec Email Threat Detection and Response.
