Resolution

Starting from Symantec IT Management Suite version 8.0, including the Symantec Management Platform and related solutions support the management of Windows 10 Fall Creators Update (Windows 10, version 1709) client computers.

Note:

The Task Server and the Package Server support is provided starting from Symantec IT Management Suite version 8.1.

List of supported solutions

Symantec IT Management Suite provides support for client functionality for the following operating systems:

  • Windows 10 Fall Creators Update x86 (Windows 10, version 1709)
  • Windows 10 Fall Creators Update x64 (Windows 10, version 1709)

Following are the tested and supported components and functionalities of Symantec IT Management Suite on Windows 10 Fall Creators Update client computers:

  • Deployment Solution
