Posted timesheet hours in PPM show as Unsubmitted 0 hours in Mobile Time Manager app

Issue/Introduction

Description:

When using the Mobile Time Manager (MTM) smart-phone application, the posted timesheet hours show as zero unsubmitted hours.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. In the CA PPM application, submit, approve, and post time for a timesheet user
   The week shows 40 hours POSTED
2. Login as an administrator user on a device that has the MTM application installed
   Review Timesheets, Unsubmitted, scroll to timesheet user for the specific time period

Expected Result: Application shows 40 hours posted for the time period

Actual Result: MTM shows 0.00 hours are unsubmitted ; it does not indicate the 40 hours posted
