CCS Manager uses the ephemeral port range to communicate with CCS Windows Agentless targets.



As per Microsoft documentation the ephemeral port range for the different Windows version are as follow:

Windows 2000, Windows XP, and Windows Server 2003 use the following dynamic port range: 
Start port: 1025
End port: 5000

To comply with Internet Assigned Numbers Authority (IANA) recommendations, 
Microsoft has increased the dynamic client port range for outgoing connections in Windows Vista and in Windows Server 2008. 
The new default start port is 49152, and the default end port is 65535.
