Resolution


You seek to do one of the following:
- Create a new account for Email Security.cloud
- Reset the password for a username within an account for the client portal
- End service for an existing account for Email Security.cloud
- Change the primary contact for an existing account for Email Security.cloud



To review Sales information and locate a Sales partner

 


To request reset of the primary username for an account

 

 


To reset password of a secondary username for access to spam manager

 

  1. Login to the Email Security.cloud client portal here: https://identity.symanteccloud.com/
  2. Select Administration > User Management.
  3. Use the search facility or the navigation buttons to locate the required user.
  4. Click the user's name.

    The Email Security.cloud portal displays the details of the user.
     
  5. Edit the details as appropriate.
  6. Click Save and Exit.

 


To perform other account changes, including changing the primary account contact or cancelling an account

 

  • Open a non-technical case within the Email Security.cloud client portal
