 How to download Schemus tool and Symantec Report button from Symantec ClientNet portal.

Resolution

You can download two optional software packages to supplement your Email Security.cloud services.

• Synchronization Tool (known as Schemus) - Automates the synchronization of your email addresses, and your user’s and group’s Active Directory data.
• ​Symantec Email Submission Client ​- Enables customers with Microsoft Exchange environments to submit suspected spam email to Symantec Security Response directly from Microsoft Outlook.

Download software packages

To download a package:

1. Log in to https://clients.messagelabs.com.
2. Click Tools > Downloads or Tools> Group Synchronization
3. Download one or more software packages.

For the Synchronization Tool, download the package with JRE that is appropriate for your operating system.
