Within the Symantec.Cloud client portal, on the Tools tab, double-click Email Track and Trace.
In the Sender field, type: *@*reports.messagelabs.com
Click Switch to days
Click Last 1 day. Scroll down. Click Last 30 days.
If desired, to limit results to a particular domain, in the Recipient field, type: *@domain.tld
...where domain is the actual domain and tld is the actual top level domain.
If desired, to limit results to a particular recipient, in the Recipient field, type the full email address.
Click Search.
Track and Trace will only show Reports sent to Recipients that are Registered Users of a domain which your organization protects with Symantec Email Delivery.cloud.
