Check which reports ClientNet sent in the past 30 days

  1. Within the Symantec.Cloud client portal, on the Tools tab, double-click Email Track and Trace.
  2. In the Sender field, type:
  3. Click Switch to days
  4. Click Last 1 day. Scroll down. Click Last 30 days.
  5. If desired, to limit results to a particular domain, in the Recipient field, type:

    ...where domain is the actual domain and tld is the actual top level domain.
  6. If desired, to limit results to a particular recipient, in the Recipient field, type the full email address.
  7. Click Search.

Track and Trace will only show Reports sent to Recipients that are Registered Users of a domain which your organization protects with Symantec Email
