Mac OS:
1. Download the '
iosconsole' OSX application from the following URL onto the Mac being used for log collection:
http://lemonjar.com/iosconsole/
2. Install the application and connect the iOS device to the Mac.
3. Replicate the issues being experienced on the device and press the 'Insert Marker' button.
4. Click 'File' > 'Export Logs...' in the top left corner of the screen.
5. Press the 'Save' button and email the newly created log file to Symantec Support for analysis.
Windows OS:
1. Download iTools from the following link and use it to gather log from iOS devices to send to Symantec Support:
