Question
For Real-Time System Manager, in the licensing area in the Symantec Management Console or in the licensing section of SIM (Symantec Installation Manager) it only shows 1 node for both used and available despite having a license with more nodes.  Why do I only see one?

Answer
Since Real-Time System Manager can connect to Notification Server Managed, or to a completely unmanaged system, the licensing model simply checks to make sure a valid RTSM license installed.  The used and available nodes reflect this.

NOTE!  Although the node count will not show how many RTSM licenses you have, to be compliant with the EULA you must have a node count that equals the number of systems used within Real-Time System Manager.
