Resolution

If you would like to view TouchDown for Android in Classic mode rather than Tablet mode please follow these steps. Selecting this option will not automatically switch to tablet mode even if it has detected that TouchDown is working on a tablet. This option is specifically for tablet users who prefer the classic TouchDown view.

  1. Open TouchDown. The Main screen displayed.
  2. Tap Menu button and select Settings.
  3. Tap the Advanced Settings tab.
  4. Select the checkbox for Disable Tablet Mode.
  5. Scroll to the bottom and tap Save.
  6. Exit TouchDown by pressing the back button until you see the Android Home Screen.
  7. Once you reopen TouchDown you will be in Classic Mode.
