Issue/Introduction

 

Resolution

First you must download the attachment to the SD card and wait for the progress bar to complete. Then long press and choose "Save" (or "Save All" if there are multiple attachments) then choose a location.

NOTE: If you have Encryption and SD Encryption required by server policy you will not see this option. You can verify by going to Touchdown settings>advanced>server policies.
