Push is a feature which is available only if you have a server which provides ActiveSync services (and is configured correctly). When push is activated, TouchDown will receive emails on the device as soon as they are received on the server. To enable Push, first make sure that you have configured your device in ActiveSync mode only (ideally using quick configuration). On the home screen of TouchDown, you can press menu to enable and disable push as you prefer.
