How to perform a server search in TouchDown for Android

Resolution

Server search allows you to search for any email items on the server, whether they are synced to the device or not.

NOTE: This will work with Exchange Server 2007 with ActiveSync® or later.

To do a server search,

1. While in TouchDown, tap the Email button.
2. Tap the Menu button on the device
3. Tap More
4. Select Server Search
5. Enter your search term and tap on the search icon.
