- To start, long press on the TouchDown for iOS icon. This should open a mode where each of your icons on the home screen has a tiny ‘x’ in the corner.
- Click on the X to uninstall TouchDown for iOS. Once you do that you will be prompted to uninstall TouchDown. Select ‘Delete.’ NOTE: There is no way to back up any custom settings, so be aware that if you reinstall, you will need to configure any custom settings again, so please take note of any custom settings you will want to recreate.
- After hitting Delete, go into the App Store on your home screen.
- Click updates.
- Click on the purchased tab, and you should see TouchDown for iOS available for download. Click on the Cloud arrow to reinstall.
