To copy contacts from Touchdown for IOS or Enterprise to the Device phonebook:
If you are having trouble copying contacts from Touchdown to the native Contact application, please check these settings:
1. Disable iCloud and Gmail contacts in the device settings temporarily. This has been known to create problems with the Contact copy.
2. Check the device settings>privacy. Make sure Touchdown is switched to On.
If an exchange account is set in the native email, that has been known to prevent TouchDown from syncing its contacts. You can try removing that account, as well.
