Resolution

To add a client certificate in iOS, you will need to have the .pfx file on your desktop.

1. Plug in your device to your computer
2. Open iTunes and click on your device
3. Click the Apps tab
4. Select Touchdown for iOS on the left hand side Apps menu
5. Tap the Add button under the Touchdown documents menu
6. Find and select the .pfx provided by your IT team
7. Click open
8. Return to your device and configure Touchdown using your newly added client certificate.
