License status reads "Not yet activated" after inserting trial license for Symantec Web Gateway (SWG) 4.5.x

Issue/Introduction

You insert a trial license into SWG4.5. Instead of activating the product fully, the Executive Summary report shows the license status as "Not Yet Activated". You would like assistance with activating the product.

Resolution

Symantec has reproduced this behavior in a test lab.

Please obtain a full license, then contact support for assistance with completing the activation.
