Control Center login error - java.sql.SQLException: Can't create table 'tmp' (errno 30)

Issue/Introduction

When logging into the Control Center you get status 500 error and are unable to log in

Symptoms
When attempting to log into the control center you recieve the following error rather than the status message:

com.brightmail.dl.DataAccessException: An unexpected database error has occurred. Please contact your system administrator. ; nested exception is:
java.sql.SQLException: Can't create table 'tmp' (errno 30)

Cause

This error page is generated when the /data filesystem on the appliance has been mounted read-only or otherwise cannot be written.

Resolution

A restart of the appliance via the CLI reboot command may be sufficient to address the issue. If the issue persists following a restart of the appliance then the /data filesystem may be corrupted and the appliance will need to be restored via the osrestore command.
