Issue/Introduction

When running a report in the SEPM (Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager) the results are truncated and the bottom of the report shows the message:

"The rows in this report have been limited to the maximum specified in your preferences."

Environment

Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager

Cause

By default, the SEPM will limit reports to 200 rows.

Resolution

Within the SEPM console:
1. Go to the Home tab and click on the Preferences link in the Security Status section.
2. In the Preferences window, go to the Logs and Reports tab and adjust the "Maximum number of rows in report table" value to suit your needs.
