While installing a Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP) client localy, the install rolls back with the following error: "The wizard was interrupted before Symantec Endpoint Protection could be completely installed. Your system has not been modified. To complete installation at another time, please run setup again. Click Finish to exit the wizard." Installing LiveUpdate first then installing SEP does not allow install to complete.
SymptomsInstallation of Symantec Endpoint Protection fails. You look at the SEP_INST.log and you see reference to the following:
