How to get the MIB files for SNMP monitoring of the Symantec Messaging gateway

 

Resolution

To download a MIB for SNMP:

  1. Log into the Control Center as an administrator
  2. Navigate to (Administration > SNMP)
  3. If SNMP is not enable select "Enable SNMP"
  4. Select the MIBs tab
  5. Select the "SNMP MIBs" button
