"Radius_Dead" and "Radius_Alive" message on a Cisco Switch after Enforcer 6100 Appliance Installation

Issue/Introduction

Customers see the following repeated messages on Cisco Switch after installing Enforcer 61200 Series Appliance:
%RADIUS-4-RADIUS_DEAD: RADIUS server xx.xx.xx.xx:1645,1646 is not responding

%RADIUS-4-RADIUS_ALIVE: RADIUS server xx.xx.xx.xx:1645,1646 has returned

Symptoms
Repeated messages about the radius server being down. Then immediately after, a message saying radius server is up.

Cause

The problem is documented in Cisco bug ID CSCir00551 and Cisco bug ID CSCsh26203.

Resolution

The message is an alarm that appears to be cosmetic.
