How to obtain the latest version of Symantec Mail Security for Domino.

 

Resolution

Open a web browser.

1. Go to https://fileconnect.symantec.com
2. Select your preferred language (NOTE: this is the language in which the pages will be shown).
3. Enter the serial number provided on the license certificate received and click Enter
4. Select I Agree.
5. Select the language of your product (NOTE: if the product is not localized, the English version will be available for download).
6. Select the default HTTP Download option and click Select.
7. Select the product you wish to download and click Begin Downloading.
