Issue/Introduction

When installing Mail Security Domino 7.5 for Domino, the setup exits with the error:
The wizard was interrupted before Mail Security 7.5 for Domino could be completely installed.

Your system has not been modified. To complete installation at another time, please run setup again.

Click Finish to exit the wizard.

Symptoms
MSI installer log file contains the following entries:

Cause

Unknown. This could be caused by a minor corruption wit the .MSI that would simply not allow any other .msi to install correctly.

Resolution

Update the InstallShield

1. Update the InstallShield: http://consumerdocs.installshield.com/selfservice/viewContent.do?externalId=Q108158&sliceId=1
2. Rerun the Mail Security for Domino MSI file.

If this does not resolve the issue, please proceed with the following workaround

Install SMS DOM 7.5 as an upgrade

1. Install the old version of Mail Security 5.x for Domino
2. Perform the upgrade to Mail Security 7.5.x for Domino over existing version 5.x..
3. Mail Security 7.5 for Domino then can be removed and reinstalled as a fresh install
