How to determine the time remaining on hardware warranty for Symantec Mail Security Appliances

Issue/Introduction

You have previously purchased a Messaging Gateway or Advanced Threat Protection appliance. You wish to know how much time remains on the hardware warranty for the machine you purchased.

Resolution

To determine the time remaining in your hardware warranty:

1. Navigate to the support site of our hardware partner, Dell
2. Enter a Service Tag.
3. Click the Waranty Tab to display the start, end, and days remaining
