How to collect SSIM log files from the SSIM (WebUI) configuration console.
You have been asked to collect SSIM logs by a support technician and would like to know how to get them.
Log in to the SSIM Web Configuration page as an administrator to download the log files from the SSIM. The steps within the web configuration page vary slightly by version.
SSIM 4.6:
Click "Downloads" from the links on the left of the configuration page.
Click "Download Log Files".
Click "Zip Log Files".
Click "Download Zipped Log Files" at the bottom of the page to download the zipped log files.
SSIM 4.7:
Click Home, then click Downloads .
Click "Log Files".
Click "Download" at the top of the page (just above the heading "Zip Log Files") to download the zipped log files.
SSIM 4.8
Click System
Click Downloads
Click on “Log Files”
Click “Download” at the top of the page (just above the heading “Zip Log Files”) to download the zipped log files.
