Issue/Introduction

You would like to use TLS for secure email transmissions with the Premium AntiSpam add-on with Mail Security for Domino.

Resolution

The SMTP proxy used for Premium AntiSpam does not support TLS or SSL communications.

SSL SMTP communications can still be used by using port 465 (default) rather than the STARTLS extension; however, any messages received using this method will not be scanned by the Premium AntiSpam feature.
