How to have the Alias name set to the value of ifAlias

Issue/Introduction

Description:

Using the NH_DISCOVER_IFALIAS_NAME Discover Policy parameter, you can have eHealth set the Alias Name of elements to the value of their ifAlias.

If the parameter is used improperly, each time the element is rediscovered, the Alias Name is set back to what eHealth wants to set it to by default (same as the Element Name).

Solution:

Modify the Discover Policy being used.

Edit the NH_DISCOVER_IFALIAS_NAME parameter and set its value to "Default"

The Alias Name will now be persistent across rediscoveries, set to the value of ifAlias.
