Please contact Broadcom support to start the process of refunding of your token or card, or VIP shipping charges (if applicable).

  • If you've had the VIP credential for less than 30 days, it is eligible for a full refund (restrictions may apply).
  • If a VIP credential experiences a hardware failure within 3 years of purchase, it may be eligible for a free replacement.
  • If you are requesting a refund for a VIP Credential, shipping charges or both, or you have not received your VIP Credential and would like to cancel the order and request a refund, please provide all necessary information or a copy of the Order Summary page, and we will initiate the request.

If you purchased a VIP token through a third party vendor, contact them to initiate the return.
