Issue/Introduction

When attempting to access the Compliance Manager signon panel, the following error is received:

HTTP Status 500 - description The server encountered an internal error ()

Resolution

All Compliance Manger started task ACIDs need a HOME keyword in the OMVS segment for the ACID which points to the Compliance Manger install directory. For example:

    TSS ADD(stcacid) HOME('/CACMGR')

In the above example 'CACMGR' is the install directory for Compliance Manager.
