Symantec Management Agent (SMA or Altiris Agent) is unable to connect to the SMP (Symantec Management Platform) Server.
Task Status Tab: Status shows "unable to register with server" or "received request to stop running tasks"
Under Altiris Agent "Settings" Tab, Network Status shows: "Network usage is restricted"
Under the Agent log file, you see: Error Communications blockout in effect (-2147209952)

Modify the appropriate setting on the Notification Server then update the client settings.
To check the Maintenance Windows go to the SMP Console under Settings > Agents/Plug-ins > Symantec Management Agent > Settings > Maintenance Windows > All Managed Computers
To Check Blockouts go to Settings > All Settings > Agents/Plug-ins > Symantec Management Agent > Settings > Targeted Agent Settings > [Select agent policy] > Blockouts tab
