Unexpected Exception when publishing a workflow project

Issue/Introduction

Getting the following error when attempting to publish a Workflow project:

Failed to connect to an IPC Port: The system cannot find the file specified.

Cause

The Workflow Designer could not connect to the publishing port on the Workflow Server.  Workflow Designer will attempt to publish to the Workflow Server using port 11434.  If it cannot connect to the server using this port you will see an error message stating that it could not connect to the IPC port.

Resolution

Verify the following on the Workflow Server:

1. Make sure the LogicBase 2006 Server Extensions windows service is started on the Workflow Server machine
2. Check firewall and port filtering software to verify communication can be established using port 11434 from the Workflow Designer to Workflow Server machine
