When CA Service Desk Manager (SDM) is configured to authenticate via EEM and the user's password expires, SDM informs the user of that and redirects to the EEM main login page.

It is not possible to have SDM redirecting directly to the EEM change password screen when the user's password expired.
This is not configurable.
